PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device and a method of configuring gamma set of the organic light emitting device are provided to reduce picture quality difference between products, by reducing scattering of color. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent display panel (100) displays an image corresponding to a data signal. A data driving unit (200) generates a data signal by receiving image data and a gamma voltage. A gamma voltage generation unit (500) generates a gamma voltage corresponding to a gamma set selected among a plurality of gamma sets corresponding to a plurality of coordinates on a color coordinate. When a first gamma set corresponding to a first coordinate is selected and an image corresponding to a different coordinate (a second coordinate) is displayed, a gamma voltage symmetrical to the second coordinate by referring to the first coordinate is generated.
