A disposable absorbent article having micro-fiber fabric layers is provided to prevent intrusion of germs and bacteria from viscous fluid bodily wastes into the skin of a wearer and to keep the skin dry. A diaper(100) comprises an upper sheet in a laminate structure of micro-fiber fabric layers, a bottom sheet(30), an absorbent, a gather(40), a waist band, and a connecting part. The gather is constituted by inner gather(40A) and outer gather(40B), each of which is formed by folding a double-layer flap(41) made of a liquid water-impermeable film such as hydrophobic non-woven fabric or water-resistance non-woven fabric; a flap adhesive part(42); an end part(43); an end adhesive part; and inner and outer flaps(46,47). Further, at least one elastic body is insert-coupled to a space between the flap adhesive part and the end part. |
