摘要 |
PURPOSE: A core material for an aluminum clad thin sheet of a heat exchanger is provided to effectively increase the formability and adhesion characteristics of the aluminum clad thin sheet. CONSTITUTION: A core material for an aluminum clad thin sheet of a heat exchanger is manufactured by adding one of Ti, Zr, V, and Cr to an Al-Mn based 3xxx alloy. An amount of added elements is added more than a liquidus at a pertitectic temperature of the elements and less than the liquidus at a molten metal maintaining temperature after injection.
