A method for preoperative prediction of postoperative pneumonic complications in patients with complicated obstructive jaundice of non-tumor etiology provides the individualized preoperative stratification of patients with groups of high, medium and low risk of postoperative pulmonary complications depending on the amount of points diagnostic coefficients prognostically significant risk factors: male gender, advanced age (over 65), accompanied by the presence of pulmonary disease, cardiovascular disease, complicated by acute cholecystitis, cholangitis suppurative, duration of surgery more than 150 minutes, external drainage of the common bile duct, cylindruria, proteinuria, bilirubinemia more than 50 mmol/L, blood urea more than 8.3 mmol/liter. |
