PURPOSE: A solar power generation apparatus is provided to make a light incident on a frame be incident to a solar cell panel effectively without depending on the incident angle of the light, by comprising a refractive reflection part. CONSTITUTION: A frame accommodates a solar cell panel. The solar cell panel includes a supporting substrate (310) and a number of solar cells (320). A refractive reflection part (200) is arranged at least one side of the frame. The refractive reflection part reflects the light incident on the frame to the solar cell panel. The refractive reflection part includes a reflection part (210) and a refraction part (220) arranged in a reflection surface (211) of the reflection part. The refraction part includes a curved surface (221). |
