PURPOSE: An electrode is provided to increase the binding strength between the electrode current collector and electrode mixture layer and to reduce the content of the binder included in the electrode mixture layer, thereby improving both cyclic and output characteristics of a lithium secondary battery. CONSTITUTION: An electrode (100) in which an electrode mixture containing an electrode active material is coated on an electrode collector (110). The electrode mixture includes two or more kinds of binders having different gravity. The content of the binder having low gravity (150) is 50% or greater in the upper layer and the content of the binder having high gravity (140) is 50% or greater in the lower layer based on the height (H) corresponding to 50% of the thickness of the electrode mixture coating layer (120). The quantity of the binder in the lower layer is 100% or greater than the quantity of the binder in the upper layer. The melting point of the binders is 100-250°C.
