PURPOSE: A toothbrush sterilizer is provided to reduce the costs of production and to increase a sterilizing effect on a toothbrush by evenly radiating ultraviolet rays on each part of the toothbrush. CONSTITUTION: A toothbrush sterilizer (200) comprises a main body (210) having a receiving space inside; a door (220) connected to the main body to be opened and closed; a toothbrush holder (230) for holding one or more toothbrushes in the main body; an ultraviolet source (240) for sterilizing and drying a toothbrush held in the toothbrush holder; a part for evenly radiating ultraviolet rays (250) which guides ultraviolet rays to be evenly radiated on the surface of the toothbrush held in the toothbrush holder by refracting, reflecting and diffusing ultraviolet rays generated from the ultraviolet source; and a control part (260) for controlling the lighting, lights-out and brightness of the ultraviolet source.
