PURPOSE: A three-phase induction motor for driving a vehicle and a pole-changing motor including the same minimize interference between two main windings by improving the shape of a stator core to form an effective magnetic circuit according to the number of poles of the main winding. CONSTITUTION: A stator (16) includes multiple first slots (162) and multiple second slots (164). The first slots are formed at regular intervals along the inner circumference of the stator. The first slots are prepared to wind a high-speed main winding. The second slots are formed at regular intervals along the inner circumference of the stator. The second slots are prepared to wind a low-speed winding. The length of a back yoke of the first slot is longer than the length of a back yoke of the second slot. |
