COMBINED SYSTEM FOR ASH-SLAG REMOVAL

A combined system of ash-slag removal includes a system of slag baths of boilers connected with cooling baths to primary slag breakers and a system of channels with screw conveyors and pits of dredging pumps and pulp conduits, and a system of dry ash collectors connected by a system of self-flow channels with hydraulic nozzles to the pits of slime pumps and pulp conduits. A system of pneumatic ash conduits with sections of screw conveyor as mixers before the pits of the slime pumps is used as self-flow hydraulic channels with hydraulic nozzles.
