Disclosed is a method for determining a technology of operation of a transport company for transport of cargo by small batches using a workstation, in which to determine the technology of operation of the transport company on delivery (collection) routes from a set of alternatives the units of a module of simulation modeling and decision-making module are used taking into account a criterion, whose maximum value characterizes rational ratio between technologic and cost parameters. A device based on GPS-receiver is used to determine the geographic coordinates of customers.
