METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF BIOLOGICAL DOSE OF ULTRAVIOLET RADIATION

A method for the determination of biological dose of ultraviolet radiation consists in that photo-sensitive medium with molecules of steroids able to photo-transformations under effect of UF radiation corresponding to the process of photo-synthesis of pro-vitamin D in vitro is irradiated with UF light, absorption spectrum before and after radiation is registered, and concentration composition of formed photo-isomer mixtures is determined by means of computer processing of spectral data, and biological dose of UF radiation obtained by concentration of pro-vitamin D collected during UF irradiation is determined. Hydro-gel matrices with molecules of pro-vitamin D synthesized on the basis of hydrophilic and hydrophobic (or such that contain hydrophobic fragments) acryl monomers are used as a photo-sensitive medium.
