PURPOSE: A saucepan forms upper/lower bottom of the saucepan in a semicircular shape to increase the energy efficiency. The lateral surface of the saucepan is formed in the dual structure to conduct the heat to the lateral surface. CONSTITUTION: A saucepan capable of maximizing the energy efficiency comprises a wave-shaped bottom part (3), an inner part (1a), an outer part (2a), a waste heat discharge path (7b), a handle fixing part, and an inner top cover (1b). The upper/lower surface of the wave-shaped bottom part has the semicircular structure to increase thermal conductivity. A space of the waste heat discharge path is formed between the inner part and the outer part and a rectangular-shaped key is fixed to a handle fixing part to be attached/detached in the dual structure. The top/bottom surface of the outer part of the saucepan are perforated in order for a heat source to be smoothly supplied and discharged to the upper part. |
