The invention relates to an oral cleaning device that consists of a head (1) jointed with the handle (3), on which the head can rotate; respective dephased brushes (2a), (2b) having a certain angular width (a) forming a double brush head (2) fixed on said head (1 ); an irrigation pump (4), paired with or independent of the handle (3); and at least one duct (5) which, beginning from said irrigation pump (4) and paired with the handle (3), makes contact with said head (1) to carry the cleaning fluid (water or any other mouth rinse) from said irrigation pump (4) to the double brush head (2), such that irrigation and brushing can take place at the same time.
