A device for measurement of intensity of acoustic vibrations in continuous media includes a metal chamber in the end of which a connected to environment metal membrane is installed, and a measuring device. There are included an excitation and receiving antennas placed in a metal chamber arranged as a cylindrical resonator and installed in a cryostat. At that the excitation antenna is connected to the SHF generator, and the receiving one is connected to the measuring device by means of a detector.
