METHOD FOR DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSTICS OF PRECLINICAL STAGE OF PROSTATA GLAND CANCER

The invention relates to the differential diagnosis of pre-clinical stage of prostate cancer by molecular genetic studies namely the determination of the amount of methylated gene copies class Pl (GSTPl) in prostate tissue produced after multifocal biopsy. In determining the methylated gene copies of the test more than 2% state the presence of prostate cancer, and at value less than this threshold the neoplastic process is determined, which does not have the characteristic morphological changes, or indicates the high probability of transformation into a malignant tumor in the future.
