PURPOSE: A modified slit die and a coating apparatus including the same are provided to easily adjust a gap from both end parts of ribs and to increase productivity. CONSTITUTION: A slit die includes a pair of first rib(322a) and second rib(322b), a coating supplying part, a manifold(326), a stepped part(360), finishing members(370), a gap adjusting cavity(354), and a plurality of horizontal gap adjusting units(330). The coating supplying part is formed in the first rib. The manifold is in connection with the coating supplying part. The stepped part is formed over the entire first land part of the manifold in the first rib. The finishing members are applied to both sides of the first rib and the second rib. The gap adjusting cavity is vertically arranged at the lower sides of the first rib and the second rib. The horizontal gap adjusting units horizontally cross the gap adjusting cavity. |
