A fluid appliance information providing device (10) is provided with: a gas usage quantity totaling unit (14) that on the basis of a change in the flow rate of a gas over time as measured by a flow rate measurement unit (11), totals a gas usage quantity for each type of multiple types of gas appliances (40) identified by a gas appliance identification unit (12); an appliance information generation unit (16) that on the basis of the totaled usage quantity for each type of gas appliance as totaled by the gas usage quantity totaling unit (14), generates multiple gas appliance information items that include billing information for the gas appliance corresponding to each totaled usage quantity; an information selection unit (18) that enables a user to select a gas appliance information item from the gas appliance information generated by the appliance information generation unit (16); and an output unit (50) that outputs the appliance information selected by means of the information selection unit (18).
