The device has brake device with a braking pressure circuit whose a pneumatic- or electro-pneumatic unit i.e. pneumatic- or electro-pneumatic brake unit, includes pressurized air tanks (1a) for pressurized air supply (1) of a load of the pneumatic- or electro-pneumatic unit. The pressurized air tank is fed over a single-circuit protection valve from a compressor (39). A tire pressure circuit (19) is connected with the compressor by an overflow valve (22), where the compressor has opening pressure, which is set higher than opening pressure of a circuit of the single-circuit protection valve. The single-circuit protection valve is designed as a multi-circuit protection valve (23).
