The method involves heating a plastic material. Multiple inserts (3) are provided on a loading table (4), and positioned on a stencil (2). The inserts from the stencil are deposited into a mold by blowing air into the stencil before molding a material by guiding the stencil at cavities of the mold for maintaining relative positioning of the inserts. The inserts are held in the mold by pneumatic suction force. The material is molded in the cavities of the mold. The mold is opened. A resulting plastic part is ejected. An independent claim is also included for a device for performing a method for manufacturing a plastic product.
