PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a time required for data transmission in an intermittent data transmission mode.SOLUTION: When receiving data in a receivable state, a memory unit 503 extends a data receivable period in a manner to include a second period starting from the time point of data reception. After the lapse of the receivable period, the memory unit 503 stores timing information related to timing in which a reception terminal, a radio terminal shifting from a receivable state to a non-receivable state, shifts to the non-receivable state. A communication unit 502 radio communicates with the reception terminal. A transmission buffer 501 temporally stores a plurality of divided data constituting transmission target data that is radio transmitted from the communication unit 502 to the reception terminal. When divided data to be radio transmitted from the communication unit 502 is not stored in the transmission buffer 501 before the expiration of timing based on the timing information, a control unit 503 controls the communication unit 502 to radio transmit dummy data to the reception terminal. |
