METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TREATING ACCOMPANIMENT WATER FROM WINZE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that can treat and reuse accompaniment water by little electric power and energy.SOLUTION: A water treatment method includes: a filtration treatment process in which accompaniment water exhausted from a winze is performed by filtration process to obtain filtered water; a forward osmosis process in which the filtered water and an induction solution containing a volatile solute and having higher osmosis than that of the filtered water are contacted through a semipermeable membrane, and water in the filtered water is moved into the induction solution through the semipermeable membrane to obtain a diluted induction solution diluted by water and a membrane concentration water; a first evaporation process in which the diluted induction solution is heated, gas consisting of the volatilized solute and water vapor is obtained and purified water that hardly contains the solute is obtained; a regeneration process in which the gas is cooled to regenerate the induction solution; a second evaporation process in which the membrane concentration water obtained by the forward osmosis process is subjected to evaporation/concentration to obtain evaporation/concentration water and condensed water; and a crystallization process in which the evaporation/concentration water is further subjected to evaporation/concentration and salts contained in the evaporation/concentration water are precipitated and condensed water is obtained.
