PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seating sensor capable of appropriately detecting seating even if the seating sensor is fixed to a region having a space on an under side at a bottom face of a cushion pad, and to provide a seat device having such a seating sensor.SOLUTION: A seating sensor which is fixed to a region having a space on an under side at a bottom face of a cushion pad includes a pressure sensitive switch SW1 having: a first electrode sheet 10 in which a part of a surface is a first electrode 12A; a second electrode sheet 20 positioned at a seating face side of the cushion pad compared to the first electrode sheet 10 in which a part of a surface is a second electrode 22A facing the first electrode 12A; and a sheet-like spacer 30 interposed between the first electrode sheet 10 and the second electrode sheet 20 in which an opening 31A is formed between the first electrode 12A and the second electrode 22A. The rigidity of the first electrode sheet 10 is higher than that of the second electrode sheet 20. |
