PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a person to use a content while a vehicle is running, when the person is considered not to damage running safety if he uses the content during vehicle running.SOLUTION: According to a vehicle communication system 10, in a main mobile communication terminal 12 assumed to be owned by a driver, a content operation input and a screen output is prohibited by a terminal-side operation input/screen output prohibition processor 51. When the vehicle starts running, the content operation input and the screen output from a vehicle communication device 11 is prohibited by a device-side operation input/screen output prohibition processor 32. The content of which use from both the main mobile communication terminal 12 and the vehicle communication device 11 is prohibited is enabled to have an operation input and/or a screen output from a sub-mobile communication terminal 13 by an operation input/source node output provision processor 72. |
