摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time for connecting a caller which originates a call twice or more to an operator, and to connect to an operator meeting caller's business, in an automatic voice response device which performs a connection to an operator through automatic voice response processing.SOLUTION: In an automatic voice response device used for an automatic voice response system, processing is performed correspondingly to input information of a caller. When an incoming call is accepted, information identifying a call originating source is managed correspondingly to incoming call's business. When there is an incoming call next, it is selected whether business of the present time is the incoming call's business corresponding to the call originating source or any other business. When the business of the corresponding incoming call is selected by the call originating source, the incoming call is connected to an operator who deals with the business of the corresponding incoming call.
