PURPOSE: A rotary assembly and a surveillance device equipped with the same are provided to arrange a part of a slip ring or a part of a cable connected to the slip ring in the through-hole of an encoder hollow shaft, thereby reducing the overall volume of the rotary assembly and facilitating assembly. CONSTITUTION: A rotation driving part (130) is installed at one side of a rotary frame part. The rotation driving part is equipped with a driving gear which is interlocked with a rotation gear. An encoder (140) is equipped with a hollow shaft and a body. The hollow shaft is installed at a base part. The body is installed at the rotary frame part. A slip ring (150) is installed at the base part. |
