PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple packaging structure of a rolled municipality designated garbage bag, which prevents occurrence of shrinkage in a belt-shaped continuous bag body due to low air temperature environment, prevents deviation movement of a rolled paper sheet from a predetermined position even if vibration is applied during transportation, and prevents trouble due to the deviation movement.SOLUTION: A rolling-in paper sheet 2 for roll-stopping a winding terminal part 1a to a body roll part 1b is provided, and the rolling-in paper sheet has a pinch part 2a which is pinched between the winding terminal part and the body roll part, and a winding part 2b which is wound around the body roll part by at least one round or more, and is formed with a paper-to-paper adhesion part 3 where an inner surface of an end of the winding part and an outer surface of the winding part are stuck together, and a tentative adhesion part 4a where the rolling-in paper sheet and a belt-shaped continuous bag body are stuck together with a low adhesive separably. |
