PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel having environmental resistance and capable of being increased in size.SOLUTION: An intermediate layer 45 is provided between an upper electrode 43 and an upper conductive layer 42. The conductive metal content of the upper electrode 43 and a lower electrode 53 is 70-98 wt.%. The material of the intermediate layer 45 contains a resin containing carbon whose content is 40-90 wt.%, and the thickness of the intermediate layer 45 is 1-50 micrometers. The carbon consists of carbon black and graphite. The graphite content with respect to the entire carbon is 40% or more and 65% or less. This realizes a touch panel 60 having environmental resistance and capable of being increased in size. |
