PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera cover and a camera that prevent deposition of water droplets and/or stains to secure image sharpness.SOLUTION: A camera cover 220 is composed of a resin substrate covering a camera unit 110, and an inner surface 230b of the camera cover 220 has a hydrophilic coat 231 whose water contact angle is equal to or less than 10 degrees. An external surface 230a of the camera cover 220 has a hydrophilic coat whose water contact angle is 5 to 30 degrees. The external surface 230a of the camera cover 220 is a dome shape or a planar shape. |
