PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket easy in molding, capable of high compression by low reaction, and high in reliability.SOLUTION: A rubber-like elastic material gasket is installed in an installation groove arranged in one member out of mutually opposed two members, and is sandwiched in pressure contact with the other member, and the gasket is characterized by being constituted of a body part inserted into the installation groove, one support projection arranged on the bottom part side of the installation groove of the body part and on one end side in the width direction of the body part and installed in a deep groove part arranged in a portion of a bottom part, the other support projection slantingly extending in the direction for separating from the one support projection toward the bottom part from the other end side in the width direction of the body part, and a lip strip projection arranged on the side facing to the other member of the body part and positioned so that its tip part does not overlap with the one support projection of the body part. |
