PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heterojunction laminate having an oligomer or a bond similar to the oligomer and having a new structure and a new characteristic, regarding the heterojunction laminate and a light-receiving element.SOLUTION: A laminate is attained by laminating a single super atom layer in which an alkaline super atom having 16 pieces of silicon skeletons including metal atoms is deposited in the thickness of one super atom, and a single super atom layer in which a halogen super atom having 16 pieces of silicon skeletons including the metal atoms is deposited in the thickness of one super atom. In at least a part of the laminate, the alkaline super atom and the halogen super atom are bonded in a lamination direction of the laminate.
