PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous dispersion type acrylic adhesive composition formable of an adhesive layer excellent in antistaticity against peeling, removability and adhesiveness (tackiness); an adhesive sheet having an adhesive layer of the adhesive composition; a production method of the adhesive sheet; and an optical member pasted with the adhesive sheet.SOLUTION: An aqueous dispersion type acrylic adhesive composition comprises an acrylic emulsion-based polymer including, as raw material monomers, at least alkyl (meth)acrylate (A), 0.5-10 wt.% of carboxy group-containing unsaturated monomer (B) and a reactive emulsifier, and a non-reactive anionic surfactant.
