摘要 An objective of the present invention is to output a signal which is highly robust against noise even if a pixel output fluctuates during a read-out period. Provided is a solid-state image capture device, comprising: a plurality of unit pixels (9) including a PD (11) which photoelectrically converts an inputted light and which are arranged in a two-dimensional array; FDs (13) which are disposed for each group of the plurality of pixels which include one or more of the unit pixels (9) and output terminals (8) which are capable of individually outputting a noise signal and a signal noise harmonizing signal; a plurality of first transfer lines (6a) to which the output terminals (8) are connected in common, and which are capable of retaining a voltage on the basis of a signal which is outputted from the output terminals (8); a plurality of second transfer lines (6b) which are disposed in parallel with the first transfer lines (6a) and which are capable of retaining a voltage; inter-transfer line capacitor elements (20) which connect the second transfer lines (6b) and the first transfer lines (6a); reset switches (16b) which reset each second transfer line (6b) to a reset voltage; read-out switches (19) which are disposed upon each of the second transfer lines (6b); and third transfer lines (7) to which each of the second transfer lines (6b) are respectively connected in parallel via the read-out switches (19).
