Provided are an electrode for a secondary battery and a manufacturing method therefor and, more specifically, to an electrode for a secondary battery having an electrode composition coated on one surface or both surfaces of a current collector of the electrode, wherein: the electrode composition comprises an electrode composition layer (A) which is close to the current collector and an electrode composition layer (B) which is far from the current collector; the electrode composition layer (A) includes a compound of two active materials having different average diameters; and the electrode composition layer (B) includes active materials having the same average diameters.
