<p>An objective of the present invention is to output a signal which is highly robust against noise, even if a pixel output fluctuates during a read-out period. Provided is a solid-state image capture device, comprising: a plurality of unit pixels (9) including a PD (11) which photoelectrically converts inputted light and which are arranged in a two-dimensional array; FDs (13) which are disposed for each group of the plurality of pixels which include one or more of the unit pixels (9) and two output terminals (8a, 8b) which are capable of individually outputting a noise signal and a signal noise sum signal; a plurality of first and second transfer lines (6a, 6b) to which the output terminals (8a, 8b) are connected in common, and which are capable of respectively retaining a noise signal voltage and a signal noise sum signal voltage; a first switch (10a) which is positioned between the output terminal (8a) and the first transfer line (6a); a second switch (10b) which is positioned between the output terminal (8b) and the second transfer line (6b); third and fourth switches (19a, 19b) which are disposed upon each of the transfer lines (6a, 6b); and third and fourth transfer lines (7a, 7b) to which each of the transfer lines (6a, 6b) are respectively connected in parallel via the third and fourth switches (19a, 19b).</p> |
