<p>A method for manufacturing a conductive polyimide film comprising a conductivity-imparting agent and a polyimide resin, wherein a coating film comprising the following components (A) and (B) is dried and imidized so that a conductive polyimide film having high film strength and excellent electrical characteristics can be manufactured at a high productivity: (A) a polyamic acid containing tetracarboxylic acid dianhydrides and diamine compound(s), said polyamic acid being prepared by reacting 3,3',4,4'-biphenyltetracarboxylic acid dianhydride, 4,4'-oxydianiline and 3,3',4,4'-benzophenonetetracarboxylic acid dianhydride and/or p-phenylenediamine; (B) the conductivity-imparting agent; and (C) an imidization accelerator that contains a dialkylpyridine and 0.1-1.6 mol equivalent of acetic anhydride per mol of the amic acids in the polyamic acid.</p> |
