The arrangement has rollers (3,3') that are directly or indirectly connected to axles using support levers (5). The support levers are relieved or charged with hydraulic cylinders (6) when hydraulic cylinder is connected with the support lever by support shaft. The hydraulic fluid is provided at suspension point of axles of rollers or support shaft of the support lever. A magnetostrictive or piezoelectric actuator is positioned in support block of the roller, to generate biasing force for damping the vibrations of hydraulic fluid at the suspension point.
