PURPOSE: An external input-output cable assembly is provided to prevent the internal short-circuit by electrically connecting multiple cell module assemblies without using multiple members for the mechanical tightening and the electrical connection. CONSTITUTION: An external input-output cable assembly (100) comprises a housing (110) which includes a first and a second external input-output terminals and communication cable terminal; a power source cable (130) which has an electrode terminal connection unit is formed in one end, and which is electrically connected to the first external input-output terminal in the other side end part; the communication cable (140) for controlling the assembly, in which the communication cable connect portion is formed in one end, and the communications cable terminal is connected in the other side end part; a bus bar which is electrically connected to the second external input-output terminal and which is connected to the second electrode terminal of the battery module.
