PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a string end fitting that can prevent a string from slipping out by using the tilted passage of a socket and tightening the circumference of the string with the hook part of a plug when the string is pulled.SOLUTION: A plug 40 includes: a block part 50 for blocking one opening 31 at one end of a socket 30; a plurality of resilient leg parts extended from the block part 50 and forming a portion of a housing part; and a hook part 70 situated at each of the end of the plurality of resilient leg parts, forming the remaining portion of the housing part, and catching a string end (e.g., a knot 21). The other opening of the socket 30, has a tilted passage engaged with the hook part 70 inserted from one end opening 31 of the socket 30 and formed to be tapered toward the opening end face of the other end opening, wherein the hook part 70 is regulated in the center direction of the other end opening by the tilted passage. |
