PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an x-ray fluoroscopic device capable of automatically displaying a photographed image to one monitor by considering an imaging type, and a display state of the monitor even if an operator does not perform operation.SOLUTION: An x-ray fluoroscopic device includes: an x-ray image acquiring means for acquiring an x-ray image; a retaining means for retaining an acquired x-ray image; a first display control means for displaying an image acquired by the x-ray image acquiring means during fluoroscopy or photographing; and a second display control means for controlling a second monitor display state according to a display state of a second monitor.
