PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic induction type flow measuring device capable of performing measurement of a degree of charging of a measurement pipe by a simple method, especially, simultaneously as measurement of flow rate as much as possible.SOLUTION: A magnetic induction type flow measuring device is constituted so that at least one sub-magnetic field formation device arranged outside a measurement pipeline is provided so as to form a sub-magnetic field which at least partially penetrates, especially, alternates the measurement pipeline, the sub-magnetic field at least partially extends in an area of the measurement pipeline substantially in parallel with a longitudinal axis of the measurement pipeline, and two electrodes are arranged in the area. |
