PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-on reset circuit that generates a power-on reset signal with accuracy.SOLUTION: A power-on reset circuit 10 includes: a reference voltage generation section 11 for generating a constant reference voltage Vref on the basis of a supply voltage VDD; a comparison voltage generation section 12 for generating a comparison voltage Va varying with the supply voltage VDD; an output section 13 for outputting a power-on reset signal on the basis of a comparison between the reference voltage Vref and the comparison voltage Va; and a comparison voltage control section 14 for inverting a magnitude correlation between the comparison voltage Va and the reference voltage Vref if the supply voltage VDD varies. |
