A drug mixing device (10) is a device that uses a cylinder (11) to transfuse drugs, and comprises: a drug cassette (12) that holds drug containers (17); a lifting/lowering unit (13) that lifts/lowers the drug cassette (12) to an intermediate position (15c) or a lower side position (15b) in the device main body (15), whilst maintaining the drug cassette (12) in a horizontal posture; a first holding unit (16) held by the device main body (15), and a second drive unit (19) that drives a plunger (11b) in the cylinder (11) held by the first holding unit (16), and transfuses the drug. |
