Disclosed are a WLAN network user policy distribution device and method. The device comprises: a first receiving module set to receive a WLAN user policy actively delivered by an upstream policy decision and distribution device; and a first forwarding module set to forward the WLAN user policy to a WLAN user policy execution device. Through the technical solutions provided in the present invention, a problem that an existing WLAN network lacks a necessary policy control and management mechanism is solved, and further, the effect of effectively performing policy control on a WLAN network user is achieved.
