The device (3) has two clamp holders arranged on a flat heater (1) for receiving an electronic console of a ventilator. The clamp holders form a lattice-like support surface (2) at two outer wall surfaces of the flat heater. The clamp holders are welded together with the lattice-like support surface, where one of the clamp holders is pressed over and on the flat heater and clamped at the outer wall surfaces. The clamp holders are welded with the console at the lattice-like support. A side holder is provided with an angle part for fixing the console at the ventilator.
