<p>The present invention provides a dynamic spectrum sharing method and device. The method comprises: a base station determining first spectrum utilization information of a covered cell, the first spectrum utilization information comprising one or any number of combinations of the following information: an access failure rate of the covered cell, calling strength of the covered cell, an expected bandwidth of the covered cell, an idle bandwidth of the covered cell, bandwidth configuration information of the covered cell, and edge user equipment information of the covered cell; and when dynamic spectrum sharing is performed in homogeneous systems with the same network standard, the base station sending the first spectrum utilization information to a neighboring base station, or when dynamic spectrum sharing is performed in heterogeneous systems with different network standards, the base station sending the first spectrum utilization information to a core network, or the base station sending the first spectrum utilization information to a radio resource management server. The present invention achieves the objective of spectrum resource sharing, and improves the utilization rate of spectrum resources.</p> |
