摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an electrode for a secondary battery is provided to be able to increase the surface area of a current collector by surface-processing of the current collector, and therefore, to be able to provide an electrode with an improved adhesive force between the current collector and an electrode active material, and rechargeable cycle characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an electrode for a secondary battery in which an electrode active material is coated on a current collector (200) comprises a process of surface-processing the current collector so as to have a morphology forming the surface roughness (Ra) of 0.001-10 micron size throughout the surface. The surface process is performed by rolling a roller (100) in which a pattern is formed on the surface in embossment on the current collector. The vertical section of the pattern is a polygonal, circular, ellipse or slit form. A secondary battery includes the electrode for a secondary battery manufactured with said manufacturing method.
