<p>Disclosed are a method for manufacturing a separator, a separator formed thereby, and an electrochemical device comprising said separator. The method for manufacturing a separator according to the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing a planar porous base having multiple air pores; and coating at least one side of the porous base with a first slurry comprising inorganic particles, first binder polymers, and a first solvent through a slot unit so as to form a porous coating layer, and continuously coating the porous coating layer with a second slurry comprising second binder polymers and a second solvent through a slide unit adjacent the slot unit, thus forming an electrode adhesion layer. According to the present invention, the upper surface of the porous coating layer formed on the separator is coated with the electrode adhesion layer using the second slurry comprising binder polymers naturally flowing through the slide unit, thus preventing the intermixing of the porous coating layer and the electrode adhesion layer, resulting in the improved adhesive force of the electrode adhesion layer and the prevention of a degradation in the performance of the electrochemical device.</p> |
