PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a dispersion of semiconductor particles, capable of obtaining high-dispersibility while suppressing contamination by foreign matters other than semiconductor particles.SOLUTION: Semiconductor particles are dispersed by causing a plurality of slurries that contain the semiconductor particles and are subjected to a pressure of 50-300 [MPa] to collide with one another. The semiconductor particles may be dispersed by causing a slurry containing the semiconductor particles to collide with a collision member 135 while being subjected to the pressure of 50-300 [MPa].
