PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for generating a stroke.SOLUTION: A method for generating a stroke includes the steps of: reading the coordinates of a plurality of key points and the value of at least one width of a boldfaced stroke corresponding to a target stroke; reading the coordinates of a plurality of key points and the value of at least one width of a lightfaced stroke corresponding to the target stroke; generating the target stroke in accordance with the coordinates of the plurality of key points and the value of at least one width of the boldfaced stroke, the coordinates of the plurality of key points and the value of at least one width of the lightfaced stroke and at least one scaling ratio of the target stroke; and displaying the target stroke on a display. |
