PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric movable shelf capable of improving breakage prevention effect of an overhanging article and skew prevention effect of a movable shelf.SOLUTION: An electric movable shelf device comprises: passage width measuring devices 8, 9 for measuring a passage width formed between adjacent movable shelves; and a control unit 10 for driving a motor 7 in accordance with an instruction to move the movable shelf and stopping the motor 7 when a measurement value by the passage width measuring devices 8, 9 is narrowed to a predetermined value. The control unit 10 comprises: setting units 11, 12 for setting a width of a passage for each passage formed between the movable shelves; and a motor stop unit 13 for stopping the motor 7 when the passage width between the adjacent movable shelves measured by the passage width measuring devices 8, 9 is narrowed to the passage width set by the setting units 11, 12. |
